About our committee:
The purpose of the Personnel Committee is to oversee the hiring of employees of Meeting, in conjunction with a supervisor from each committee having an employee. This will include monitoring of: Job descriptions, which are submitted by the committees and approved by MfB, hiring procedures, performance review, (done annually by the committee supervisor) wages review, (with recommendations by committee supervisors), termination procedures, creation of new employments, (with approval of MfB), workmen’s compensation insurance, (paid by the treasurer).
